Winona Co. Sheriff Looking for Burglary Witness

The Winona County Sheriff's Office is asking for help identifying a possible witness to a series of burglaries.

The sheriff's office is investigating several burglaries that took place in the Altura area over the Easter holiday weekend. The burglaries occurred on April 10, 11 and 12.

Thursday, officials released photographs of a man seen in the area at the time. They want to interview him.

Officials said the man may be in his late 30s or early 40s. He may wear glasses and he drives a Pontiac Gran Prix two-door sedan. The vehicle is dark in color and has a moon roof. Officials said it is likely model year 1998 to 2004.
