Extreme Makeover Crew Begins Demolition

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- The crew from ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition didn't waste any time today getting to work in St. Paul.
    
They even got a little help today from Good Morning America's Sam Champion and the Muppets.
    
They'll spend the week on Prescott Street, building a new home for Sandy Morris and her two kids.
    
Morris runs a daycare out of the 100-year old home, but the condition of the home was threatening to put her out of business.
   
Neighbors say she's very deserving of the honor.

They're asking anyone who comes down to watch this week to bring a non-perishable food item for the food shelves.
    
Donations can be dropped off at the Signal Hills Center parking lot.
