Jury Selection for Curt Rude Trial Complete

(ABC 6 NEWS) – Jury selection is complete for the trial of Austin Police Captain Curt Rude, and opening arguments will commence today.

Jurors will determine whether or not Captain Curt Rude is guilty of stealing the drug, oxycontin, from the police evidence room back in November 2007.

Rude has pleaded not guilty to the charge and is on administrative leave.
