BP Referendum Narrowly Passes

(ABC 6 NEW) – Voters in Blooming Prairie approved a levy referendum to increase taxes in that district.  It means the district will receive seven hundred dollars per student for the next ten years. 

That’s about seventy-two dollars a year on a one thousand dollar home.  The second question on the ballot, asking for an additional two hundred dollar per student did not pass.
