Car Plummets into Zumbro River

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- In Byron, a woman and her one year old baby are okay after losing control of their car and plummeting into the Zumbro River.

A 21-year old driver was heading north on County Road 105 when she took a turn too fast, then lost control.

Officials say the driver pulled herself and the one-year-old out before police arrived.

No one was hurt and the car was pulled out of the river.

The Olmsted County Sheriff, and Bryon Fire Department responded.
