Clear Lake garage fire causes $40k in damage

(ABC 6 News) – A Friday night fire at a Clear Lake garage caused $40,000 in damage, according to the Clear Lake Fire Department.
The fire happened around 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the 6000 block of 220th St.
Crews were able to put out the fire and the garage contained a Massey Ferguson tractor, various hand tools, lawn and garden equipment, and lumber.
The fire department estimated damage to the contents and garage to be about $40,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
