(ABC 6 News) – ABC 6 News’ Paws and Claws Humane Society’s Pet of the Week is Penny. The terrier-pit mix is about 3.5 years old and has had a couple of babies but is ready to be in a new home. Those at PCHS say she is best in a home by herself. She might not get along with some dogs but that isn’t seen to be an issue on walks. She does love to play and loves her stuffy toys. Her adoption fee is $150.

Kenny is our pet of the week from the Mower County Humane Society. He was rescued from the Austin pound when no owner came forward. He is about 2 years old and has a very outgoing personality. He likes to play and is great with other people, and cats at MCHS. He has completed all vet work and is ready for a loving, indoor-only home. His adoption fee is $50, or 2 for $75 with an approved application.
