(ABC 6 News) — The boys basketball season is over, but there’s one more contest that will be played.

The Minnesota High School All-Star Game is on its way and two southeast Minnesota stars have made the cut. Caledonia’s Eli King and Lewiston-Altura’s Thomas Menk will both play for the gold team in the contest.

It’s the final game for both athletes before they head off to their respective colleges this coming fall. For King, the Iowa State Cyclones are next while Menk will head to Collegeville to play for the Johnnies of Saint John’s.

The All-Star Game will be played at East Ridge High School in Woodbury on April 9th.
