MSHSL announces boys basketball state all-tournament team

(ABC 6 News) — Southeast Minnesota was well represented at the boys’ basketball state tournament. Three teams made it to the tournament and one team (Hayfield) won it all.
The MSHSL released its all-tournament team and for Class A, three guards from the champion Hayfield Vikings made the team.
Juniors Issac Matti and Ethan Pack, and senior Easton Fritcher made the team.
Matti averaged about 19 points, Pack averaged about 15 points and Fritcher averaged 13 points.
The Vikings beat Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa in the championship game 51-49.
In Class AA, Caledonia guards Eli King and Jackson Koepke both made the team.
King averaged just over 25 points while Koepke averaged 13 points.
The Warriors took 3rd place, beating Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta 74-58.
