Finally a soaking rain chance

It’s still a bit too early to dissect the exact details of what is ahead for the end of the week but it is looking favorable for some soaking rains. And some decent amounts.

A slow moving cold front will arrive Thursday night into Friday. It is expected to eventually stall and reverse its course back north. Another wave of energy is expected to run up the front into Saturday bringing some reinforcing rain along with it.

With the slow overall movement of the features longitudinally, expect the rain to linger around.
