Soak Stays Through Saturday
Soaking rain is going to stay put Friday, as the system stalls over the area. Steady rain, pockets of downpours, & a few rumbles of thunder will be the result for Friday. A second wave of moisture moves through Saturday, keeping the rain in place. Cooler temperatures are filtering in as well, mainly early on Saturday, allowing for a little snow to mix in with the rain, mainly prior to the mid-day. Not much snow accumulation is expected, with the grassy areas seeing extremely light accumulations. Rainfall totals will be in the 1-1.5″ range, with the heaviest staying east in WI.
