Rochester man charged after reported hit-and-run crash
(ABC 6 News) – UPDATE: A Rochester man was charged in Olmsted County court Thursday for his reported involvement in a hit-and-run crash.
Quinn Pribyl was charged with one count of felony criminal vehicular operation, one count of gross misdemeanor traffic collision, one count of misdemeanor DWI, one count of misdemeanor traffic regulation and one count of misdemeanor obstructing the legal process.
Pribyl was given conditional release, or unconditional release with bail or bond set at $30,000.
He’s scheduled to be back in court on March 22.

A Rochester man involved in a hit and run is accused of driving impaired.
The Rochester Police Department responded to a hit and run crash at the intersection of 2nd St SW and 14th Ave SW Tuesday around 9:15 p.m.
A 37-year-old Byron woman was on 14th Ave SW and was attempting to make a left turn onto 2nd St at the green light. A vehicle heading east on 2nd St reportedly failed to stop at the red light and hit the woman’s SUV. The woman was taken to the hospital. Her injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Police said the suspect drove away from the scene. The vehicle was later located at an apartment complex on the 300 block of West Frontage Road. Officers were able to locate the man inside and place him under arrest.
23-year-old Quinn Pribyl is facing possible charges of DWI and leaving the scene of an accident. Police did not specify whether drugs or alcohol caused the impairment. A blood draw was performed and results were not available as of Thursday morning.
