How E-15 can save money at the gas pumps, impact local corn growers

(ABC 6 News) – The White House recently lifted the federal ban on the sale of E-15 fuels during the summer months in response to the rising gas prices. It’s believed this would help lower the costs to fill up our vehicles.
Betsy Singer spoke with Brian Thalmann, a farmer in Plato, Minnesota, and a member of the Minnesota Corn Growers Association board of directors. During their conversation, they talk about vehicle and equipment compatibility with this type of fuel. As well as how E-15 can impact corn growers.
