Lingering snow turning to slush
SE Minnesota still has some snow cover on the ground, especially up around US 14 and along/west of the I35 corridor. Officially at RST, 1″ remains on the ground. Snow will soften up a bit and turn to slush on Tuesday as temps push into the upper 30s and low 40s. If you don’t have the snow, it’s more likely you’ll be in the 40s on Tuesday. While it may not be completely gone, Wednesday should be another sun filled repeat of Tuesday. That should take care of most of the snow still loitering across our area.
