Stumpy’s restaurant in Rushford to close

(ABC 6 News) – Stumpy’s Restaurant and Bar located in Rushford announced that after 40 years, they will be closing their doors.
The announcement was posted on Stumpy’s Facebook page stating that the owner, Judy Christian, is retiring. Pat and Judy Christian have owned Stumpy’s for the last 25 years.
The last full day of operation will be Friday, Dec. 16. The restaurant will have a final send off on Dec. 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. that will include music, food, karaoke, and more.
Stumpy’s, located at 122 Jessie St. W in Rushford, is up for sale and looking for a new owner.
