His review hearing is scheduled for May 27, with a sentencing July 11.

Khalifa was charged with seven felonies, including the above, three gross misdemeanors, and one misdemeanor after police responded to a report that he was violating a restraining order.

Khalifa allegedly fled the police officers, stopped his vehicle in the middle of Airport Road near Hwy. 30, and pointed a gun at his own head and officers.

He also allegedly poured gasoline on his car and set it on fire. He set the gun down and was taken into custody shortly thereafter.
