Level 3 offender moving to SE Rochester

(ABC 6 News) – A level 3 predatory offender has been approved to be released from the Minnesota Department of Corrections’ custody on May 2, and is moving to southeast Rochester.

Terry Ross has been convicted of criminal sexual conduct and has completed his sentence and will be released from custody. Ross will be moving to a home in the 2100 block of Campus Drive SE.

In a notice provided by the Rochester Police Department, "Ross has a history of sexual contact with known female teenagers. Ross has used force to gain compliance."

"The Rochester Police Department is available to provide [the community] with useful information on personal safety. The Rochester Police Department may be reached at 507-328-6800. To report criminal activity by this registrant or any other individual, please call 911."
