Two arrested after weapons complaint in Owatonna Wednesday

(ABC 6 News) – Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a weapons complaint in Owatonna early Wednesday morning.

Davein Rodgers and Diego Pena were booked into the Steele County Detention Center with charges of dangerous weapons-intentional discharge of a firearm that endangers safety. Formal charges are pending.

At 5:35 am Wednesday, police were called to the vicinity of 25th Street NE after callers reporting they hearing gunshots and saw vehicles leaving the area.

Assisting agencies in this investigation are Steele County Sheriff’s Office, Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and the Mankato Department of Public Safety. This case is still under active investigation.
