MercyOne North Iowa holding coat drive for patients needing winter gear

(ABC 6 News) – MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City is holding a coat drive to make winter warmer for patients.

MercyOne says coats are being collected at the hospital and will be laundered and distributed to patients in need of winter gear.

The hospital says the goal is to collect 250 coats. Anyone wanting to donate can drop off coats at the main entrances of the hospital where bins are located.

The hospital is located at 1000 4th St. SW in Mason City.
