Tuesday Is The Transition Day

Freezing rain & a wintry mix will be very common for the area throughout Tuesday morning & early afternoon. We see a light “lull” in the precipitation at times, with a gradual transition from the mix to snow as the day goes on Tuesday. Temperatures will be hovering at or just above the freezing point during the afternoon, and will slip to the 20s by the evening, allowing for the transition to all-snow to take place. Easy on the roads, they will remain pretty slick all-day.
