VIDEO: Minnesotans hand-shovel their way out of traffic jam

(ABC 6 News) – Minnesota drivers came together to clear snow for cars who become stuck on an on-ramp in the Minneapolis suburb of St. Louis Park on Tuesday.
MnDOT video shows several people using hand-shovels to clear snow from the on-ramp to Highway 100 at Excelsior Blvd. After several minutes of shoveling snow, the cars were able to drive off and onto the highway without incident.
