First responders ask for help with Battle of the Badges
(ABC 6 News) – Mayo Clinic’s Battle of the Badges blood donation runs through Aug. 31, and SE Minnesota’s first responders are asking the community for help.
Anyone in the community age 16 and older can donate blood on behalf of a local first responder group: like Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service, Olmsted County Fire Department (in Byron, Rochester, and Stewartville), the Rochester Police Department, and the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office.

Blood can be donated at the Mayo Clinic donor locations on the Hilton Building’s first floor (210 Second St. SW, Rochester) or in the St. Marys Joseph Building M-86 (1216 2nd St. SW).
