UPDATE: Casey’s gas station reports armed robbery with six-inch knife

(ABC 6 News) – Casey’s gas station at 1907 7th St. NW reported an armed robbery Sunday night.

Rochester police responded to a call at 7:54 p.m. Sunday, June 5, about a Black man in a mask and hooded sweatshirt, who threatened the gas station cashier with a six-inch knife and demanded money from the cash register.

The suspect was described as 5’10" with a thin build, wearing a "COVID mask," hooded sweatshirt with bright red jacket over top, grey sweatpants, and Croc shoes.

An unknown amount of money was taken from the register.

Rochester police has not made an arrest in connection with the robbery. Rochester police shared photos of the suspect from surveillance footage. Anyone with information is asked to contact Investigator Weber at 507-328-2897.
