Family business keeps the ‘SNO’ going all year long

(ABC 6 News) – On a warm sunny day, who doesn’t love a nice cold treat? More importantly, who doesn’t love getting food at the Olmsted County Fair? Combine both, and one vendor is helping everyone stay cool this summer.
Minne’SNO’ da Shave Ice started with a childhood memory. When Dr. Nick Krause was younger, he saw the stand that would end up selling his favorite flavored shave ice. He grew up, had kids, and decided to start a family business.
ABC 6 News Good Morning reporter Sydney Zatz talked with two of his sons who are also co-owners, Collin (20 years old) and Dawson (17 years old) about what makes their product so unique.
