Coldest since end of December

Our coldest temperatures since Christmas are on the horizon with a pattern shift beginning on Friday. We’ll be in transition Friday and Saturday but Sunday into next week will be frigid. Temperatures dip sub-zero at night with a wind chill at play. An early look at the scope of the temperatures would put the readings somewhere around -10 at night and single digits during the day. Wind chills could hit the -20s to -30°.

A lot of the temperatures/wind chills surround cloud cover at night. It’s a long ways out so be prepared for massaging of the forecast. But it looks chilly for now.
