Pine Island native returns to run summer basketball camp

(ABC 6 News) – Pine Island native Broc Finstuen returned home this summer to put on the summer camp to help area athletes work on their skills.

“My goal is to get these guys to Division One, Division Two, Division Three. When you look at it, I think it’s 3-percent of people make it to those division levels. Pine Island raised me, my family is from here; I’m from here, so I just wanted to give back and give back to what Pine Island gave to me,” said Finstuen.

Finstuen recently finished his senior year at Cleveland State University and has dreams of his own to play either in the NBA or overseas.
