Freeborn County Arts Initiative celebrates 10 years

(ABC 6 News) – The Freeborn County Arts Initiative is celebrating 10 years of activity in Albert Lea.
The all-volunteer organization is reflecting on how far they’ve come by holding an exhibition that showcases works from artists.
This is a huge milestone for the group and they’re thankful for the support they received.
“It’s amazing to be at the start of an organization that will be there long after you’re gone it’s a really wonderful thing,” Elisha Marin said.
The ten year retrospective exhibition will be going on until February 25th.
The all-volunteer organization is reflecting on how far they’ve come by holding an exhibition that showcases works from artists that they’ve worked it.
They have upcoming plans to further commemorate the milestone-to stay up to date.
