Heavy Snow Stays South

Just like last Thursday, in a nearly identical track, the heavy snow with this next winter storm will stay out of the Weather First area once again. A band of 6-9″ will be possible from Des Moines, IA to Madison, WI. Locally, we will be lucky to get a dusting of snow out of this storm, with that likelihood better throughout NE IA. Only minor travel disruptions will be possible with the flurries locally, with the worst impacts felt with the heaviest snow, to the south & southeast.
