Previous Experience

Jordan Sansom joined the ABC 6 News team as a photographer in August 2022. He then became a news reporter in January 2023. Jordan grew up in Dayton, Ohio and now calls Minnesota home.  During his time in college, he was involved with the campus radio station WXUT where he had the opportunity to call basketball and football games. He was also an anchor/reporter/producer for the campus newscast UT:10 News. Jordan also worked for Best Version Media as a freelance sports writer during his senior year in college.

Education

Jordan graduated from the University of Toledo with a BA in media communication and a minor in history.

Personal Interests

Jordan is a huge basketball and football fan and cheers for his favorite teams, the Miami Heat and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jordan enjoys staying active by going on long distance runs and loves meeting new people. If you have any story ideas for Jordan you can email him at jordan.sansom@kaaltv.com.
