Century High School Principal announces resignation

(ABC 6 News) – Century High School Principal Nate Walbruch announced he will resign from his position at the end of the year.

In a letter to Century Students and Families last week, Walbruch wrote the following:

“After careful consideration, I have decided it is time for me to pursue other opportunities. This decision has been difficult; however, it is not a reflection of my feelings towards this school nor the staff/students.”

Walbruch also said that he plans to finish out the school year.

Walbruch took the principal position at Century in 2021. In March 2022, Walbruch was named one of 6 finalist for superintendent positions at both Dover-Eyota and Plainview-Elgin-Millville schools
