Man accused of sexually assaulting preteen appears in court after warrant arrest

(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man appeared in Olmsted County Court on charges of 1st- and 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct Wednesday, after failing to appear at his first court summons in early February.
Moices Rosete Francisco, 26, is accused of repeatedly groping, then assaulting a girl between the ages of 10 and 12.
Francisco’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 14, 2023.
He is currently held on $25,000 bail at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center.
