(ABC 6 News) – With more Afghan refugees settling in states across the nation, non-profits are stepping in to help with government placement and finding for thousands who now call the united states home.

One of the groups helping is a newly founded organization set up specifically to aid in the afghan resettlement in communities nationwide, it’s called Welcome.us.

Denise Bell, Director of Strategic Partnership, went in-depth on the help that is needed to effort the large Afghan refugee settlement across the country.
