(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester woman accused of disrupting a July City Council meeting pleaded guilty to petty misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Jan. 3.

Rebecca Tena Draeger, 53, received a $50 fine and the file was closed, according to Minnesota court records.

(ABC 6 News) – Rebecca Draeger of Rochester was arraigned in Olmsted County Court at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, on misdemeanor charges of obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct.

She pleaded not guilty to both charges.

Original reports claimed Draeger had been “booked and released” from the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center Monday night.

However, staff at the ADC confirmed late Tuesday morning that Draeger had not been booked in.

Staff at the Olmsted County ADC released Draeger’s mugshot at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, indicating that she had completed the booking process that afternoon.

According to court documents, Draeger’s pretrial hearing on the misdemeanor charges is scheduled for July 20, with a jury trial scheduled Aug. 21.

(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester woman was arrested and cited after disrupting the Rochester City Council meeting on Monday evening.

Rebecca Draeger, 52, was booked into the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center and charged with Obstructing the Legal Process and Disorderly Conduct, both misdemeanors.

ABC 6 News was at the city council meeting and caught the interruption on video resulting in Draeger being escorted out by Rochester police.

Video shows Draeger refusing to leave despite being asked by Rochester Police Chief, Jim Franklin. She is then lead out of the room by Franklin and another officer.

Just before making it to the exit door, video shows Draeger falling to the ground before being dragged out of the room.
