Rainfall deficit to date

As the drought wears on, the rainfall deficit has been growing quickly in much of southeast Minnesota. Since the middle of May, rain has been scarce. Until we see repeated rounds of soaking rainfall daily, for at least a couple weeks, the drought will continue. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for some soaking rain soon!
