VIDEO: Spark – Play it Forward

(ABC 6 News) – Rochester’s Children’s Museum has been around since 2012, and in December of 2019, plans to grow into a larger space at Apache Mall, further enriching the community by providing more opportunities for families to experience learning through play.

Spark, Children’s Museum of Rochester mission is to enrich the lives of young learners by creating shared, interactive experiences that engage people of all ages in the joy of play, the power of learning, and a sense of community.

As we know, the Covid-19 pandemic impacted many businesses and nonprofits faced funding challenges and Spark is not immune to the struggles but the support is quite impressive.

Jennifer Staley, Executive Director of Spark went in-depth on its annual Play It Forward fundraiser, benefiting Spark, the Children’s Museum of Rochester.
