Heating up this weekend

A ridge of high pressure will be in charge from this weekend through next week. The heat index will top 100° at times, and temperatures look to be in the 90-95° range on at least a couple afternoons. We’re not in for the kind of heat that’s been plaguing southern states all summer long, thank goodness. However, we’re not quite used to temperatures that we’ll experience this weekend and beyond. Be sure to stay hydrated if you’ll be enjoying outdoor activities.
