19-year-old man dies in rollover crash in Fillmore County

(ABC 6 News) – On Saturday, around 10 p.m., Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a single-vehicle rollover crash on Fillmore County Road 12, approximately 1 mile east of Highway 52.

Law Enforcement, Fire and Ambulance were sent to the scene. Law Enforcement located an unresponsive male occupant in the driver’s seat. Life-saving measures were administered by law enforcement officers until EMTs took over.

The driver, a 19-year-old Lanesboro man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, the identity of the driver will be released at a later date pending notification of family members.

Fillmore County Deputies, Preston Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, the Preston Ambulance, and Preston Fire Department responded to the crash.
