Rochester man pleads guilty to assaulting police officer, theft of motor vehicle
(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man pleaded guilty to assaulting a peace officer, motor vehicle theft, and fleeing police in an Olmsted County Court appearance on Monday.
Tyrone Land, 31, entered plea deals in four cases in exchange for the state requesting a 21 month executed sentence.
Land’s defense will argue for a departure from the 21-month sentence.
Land pleaded guilty to 4th-degree assault after allegedly punching a police officer in the face in May of this year.
