Gary Sloan stepping down after 29 years as head coach of Grand Meadow football
(ABC 6 News) – Gary Sloan is stepping down after 29 years as the head coach for the Grand Meadow Superlarks football team.
Sloan had a record of 230-84 and made eight trips to state and won four back-to-back 9-man state titles in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
The Grand Meadow’s season ended Saturday when they lost to LeRoy-Ostrander 39-34 in the Section 1 semifinals.
Grand Meadow finished their season 8-2.
