Halloween Wind Chill
If you find yourself with a little tingle down your spine, it might not be because of any scary decorations or costumes. No, it will probably be because of the bone-chilling cold that is in the forecast for Halloween. Winds are expected to be pretty gusty, as high as 25-30 MPH by the time people go trick or treating later in the evening. The snow from earlier in the day will make it harder for us to warm up, making the wind chill more of a factor.
