A few showers Wednesday; amounts minimal

There will be a few, hit-and-miss showers around the area Wednesday, and just like Tuesday, amounts will only be around a trace to a few hundredths of an inch. Even with a few showers around and cloud cover most of the day, temperatures will still be a bit above average for this time of year. Cooler air will move in behind this weak storm system and temperatures will drop a bit Thursday through Saturday. Friday’s highs will struggle to escape the 30s.
