Cooler Monday morning out west

It was a brighter late afternoon in Albert Lea, Owatonna, and other communities closer to I-35 than it was in Rochester and Preston. Although, this cloud cover will be the difference in mid-20s versus barely hanging on to 20s early Monday morning. Fog will not be a concern in the way it was Sunday morning. Snow will stay out of our area through Monday morning; therefore, don’t expect slick conditions.
