Slowly decreasing cloud cover Tuesday

There is some hope for a little sunshine Tuesday, but it will take some time before the skies clear. The best shot at seeing some breaks in the cloud cover is Tuesday afternoon. Whether or not we see much sunshine Tuesday, the rest of this week will be warming up with high temperatures back up to about 50 degrees by Thursday afternoon.
