Still chilly Tuesday; warmer later this week

Colder, Canadian air will linger across the region through Tuesday. While it’s colder than what we’ve felt most of this month, these temperatures are right at the norm for this time of the year. Highs will be back above freezing Wednesday afternoon and will return to the 40s Thursday through the weekend.
