Wind Chill Advisory versus Wind Chill Warning

Regardless of which one you are under, it will feel super cold outside. Give the warmth we have had up until this week, these wind chills will be the coldest we have dealt with.

All of us are under Wind Chill Advisories or Wind Chill Warnings through Tuesday at noon.

Both of these work very similar to a Heat Advisory and an Excessive Heat Warning (just for colder weather). The only difference is guidelines change a little in our area for cold (which they do not for heat).
