Quiet, frigid Monday

The week will get off to a quiet, but frigid start.

Monday will feature some passing clouds, but the day will also have a lot of sunshine.

The Arctic air will remain in place with high temperatures in the single digits below-zero. An at times breezy northwest wind will make it feel much colder as wind chills (feels-like) will likely be in the range of -20° to -30°. Dress warm and wear multiple layers if heading outdoor for any considerable amount of time.
