(ABC 6 News) — Normally for many young girls getting into wrestling they are competing against and are surrounded by boys. Now with Wrestle Minnesota committed to growing the sport of girls wrestling by putting on all girls duals things look a little different.

Over 120 young girls took to the mats at Albert Lea High School for one of 6 all girl dual meets put on by Wrestle Minnesota including a State Tournament in March. Hoping to inspire more young girls to try wrestling while growing and impacting the varsity level as well in Minnesota.
