Crews respond to fire in Charles City barn
ABC 6 NEWS — Shortly before 9 P.M. on Tuesday, the Charles City Fire Department responded to a structure fire call on the 2600 block of 215 Street; according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.
The department says that crews arrived to see a barn with flames on the inside and, “crews observed a large amount of hay stored in the loft of the barn and flames showing from multiple sides of the structure.

Charles City Fire Rescue says that it took crews about two and a half hours to put out the blaze. As of now no injuries are being reported.
