Monday records becoming more likely

We are really saving the wildest weather of the month for the very end. It’s been one of the warmest Februarys on record. With abundant sunshine and a southerly breeze transporting warm air to our area, we are expected to have our warmest day of the month on Monday.

Highs are currently forecasted to top 60° across all communities. If this ends up happening, it would be only the sixth time we have ever hit 60° or warmer in Rochester; it would also be the first time since 1981 when we did it on back-to-back days.
