A return of spring-like warmth beginning Thursday

Winds will be shifting, becoming southwesterly Thursday morning, and warmer air will make a return to the region. While lows tonight will be in the single-digits for some, highs Thursday will return to around 50° in the afternoon. The warming trend will continue Friday through Sunday before a front brings showers and a slightly cooler start to next week.
